At Bahamdoon, our priority is to provide you with a safe and exceptional shopping experience.
To ensure clarity, we have outlined the return and exchange policy in a simple and easy-to-understand format:
Return & Exchange Timeframes
- Returns: Within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Exchanges: Within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product or shipment is not in its original condition.
- Bahamdoon Trading Company will cover all return shipping costs if the customer receives a damaged or defective product.
- Any product defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with photos of the product and the outer shipping box.
- If the shipment is returned by the courier due to:
- the customer not answering
- repeated delivery postponement
- incorrect address
- or if the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped
- → The customer will bear the shipping and return charges according to store policy.
- If a product is ordered and later found to be out of stock, the customer will be informed of an available alternative. If the customer refuses the alternative, the amount will be refunded.
- If free delivery was applied due to a discount code or reaching a minimum order amount, the customer must pay the delivery cost if they request a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
- The product has been used.
- The product has been assembled/installed.
- Damages or defects caused by misuse, such as scratches, breakage, improper handling, etc.
- Computer software and video games.
- Printer ink and printing paper after opening.
Refund Process

- The refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team.
Who Pays the Return Shipping Cost?
Bahamdoon Pays (if we made a mistake)If you received:
- the wrong product,
- a damaged product,
- or a manufacturing defect:
We sincerely apologize, and we will cover all shipping and return costs.
Customer Pays (in normal return cases)
If the product is not defective and the customer simply no longer wants it,
we will gladly accept the return, but:
The customer will bear the return shipping cost.
How Will I Receive My Refund?
- Credit/Debit Card Payments:
- The amount will be refunded to the same card used.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account after we process the refund.
- Bank Transfer Payments:
- We will contact you to provide your bank details, and the amount will be transferred accordingly.
- Tabby or Tamara Orders:
- Please contact us, and we will guide you through the refund process.
- Purchases paid using gift vouchers or store credit cannot be refunded as cash.
Office Furniture Policy
- Some products require installation.
- Within Yanbu: Installation service is available upon coordination with the furniture department.
- Outside branch areas: Delivery only — no installation service.
Devices & Printer Warranty Policy
Warranty services for devices and printers are provided exclusively through the authorized distributor/agent.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Validity
- The gift card is valid for the period stated on the card.
- The validity period cannot be extended after expiration.
Usage
- The card can be used to purchase products or services from Bahamdoon stores or the website.
- It cannot be exchanged for cash or used to withdraw money.
Balance
- The gift card may be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the card’s balance, the customer must pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
Refund
- The gift card value cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased.
