Return & Exchange Policy

At Bahamdoon, we value your shopping experience and aim to provide a safe and smooth process. Please find below our return and exchange conditions:

Return Period: Within 3 days from the date of receipt.

Exchange Period: Within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • Conditions for Return & Exchange:The product must be in its original condition, unused, sealed in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product is not in its original condition.
  • Bahamdoon Trading will bear all return costs if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Any defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, with photos of the product and external packaging.
  • If the shipment is returned due to no response from the customer, repeated postponement, or incorrect address, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
  • If the ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be contacted to offer an alternative. If declined, the paid amount will be refunded.
  • In cases where free delivery was applied due to discounts or order value, the customer must pay shipping costs if they wish to return or exchange.

Excluded Products:

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or installed products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse (breakage, scratches, incorrect handling, etc.).
  • Computer software and games.
  • Opened printer ink or paper.

Refund Process

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt via the following link:

  • Our team will contact you to confirm the request.
  • Once the product is received at our warehouse and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Who covers the return cost?

  • If the delivered item is wrong, defective, or damaged: Bahamdoon covers the shipping & return costs.
  • If the customer simply no longer wants the product: Customer covers the shipping & return costs.

How will I receive my refund?

  • Credit card payments: The amount will be refunded to the same card. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
  • Bank transfer payments: Our team will request your bank details to process the refund.
  • Tabby or Tamara payments: Please contact us directly.
  • Purchases made with gift vouchers or credit cards cannot be refunded in cash.

Office Furniture Policy

  • Assembly Required: Yes.
  • Assembly Service: Available in Yanbu and Rabigh (upon coordination with the furniture department).
  • Outside these areas: Delivery only, without assembly.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Validity:

  • Gift cards are valid until the expiry date shown on the card.
  • Expired cards cannot be extended.

Usage:

  • The card can be used to pay for products or services at Bahamdoon branches and online store.
  • The card cannot be used for cash withdrawal or exchanged for money.

Balance:

  • Can be used multiple times until the balance is consumed.
  • If purchases exceed the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by another payment method.

Refunds:

  • The value of a purchased gift card cannot be refunded or exchanged.
